Qualifications

I am a member of the local, State and National Associations of REALTORS®, and am licensed in the State of Florida. I am a member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) and have special training in representing buyers. I am also a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS®.

Here are some of the reasons I'm known for going the extra mile:

• I went back to school for an MBA at an age when most people are planning retirement. When I did earn the opportunity to retire from my Fortune-500-job, I moved to Europe and spent six years as an international business consultant.

• When I came to live here in Paradise, I started a third career, transferring my consulting skills to counseling and assisting home buyers.

• I pay my dues to my Board of REALTORS® with volunteer service as well as money. I have chaired and served on many committees and task forces, including Strategic Planning and Education. I have also been a Board Officer and a Director, elected offices.

• After years as a real estate sales agent, I returned for more schooling and then qualified through testing for a real estate broker's license in Florida. I now work as an independent broker, exclusively devoted to potential buyers.
